Georgia Wallace, Fashion & Design Coach
Portfolio Specialist, College Advisor
Fashion portfolios require a unique eye. Beyond strong design skills, students need to show schools their sense of style, storytelling, and creative direction. Georgia helps them do exactly that.
Georgia earned her BFA with honors distinction from the University of Michigan’s Stamps School of Art & Design, along with a marketing minor from the Ross School of Business. She also studied at the London College of Fashion, where she immersed herself in London’s vibrant fashion scene.
At Michigan, Georgia served as a Student Ambassador for the University of Michigan Museum of Art (UMMA) supporting artist recruitment, event planning, and student engagement. She worked alongside peers applying to arts programs, guiding them through portfolio development with a focus on curation, layout, and storytelling.
As an art coach, Georgia brings a strong fashion focus with a flair for design. She helps students highlight their style and creative voice—whether through curated collections, polished lookbooks, or thoughtfully designed layouts that tell a clear story. While fashion is her specialty, she also draws on her background in UX, digital publication, and visual design to support students across creative disciplines. Her coaching blends industry insight with broad design expertise, helping students craft portfolios that open doors.
Currently based in Los Angeles, Georgia works as a Showroom Coordinator at a fashion PR agency. Her background in fashion PR, showroom coordination, creative direction, styling, and digital marketing design gives her a real-world perspective she brings directly into her coaching—helping students craft portfolios that open doors.
We’re very excited to have Georgia join our art coaching team to work with Fashion Design, Fashion Marketing/Branding, and UX students to help them showcase their portfolios.
